The 1400 Wet Pan Mill is one of the most popular wet grinding machines in the mineral processing industry, specially designed for gold ore crushing, fine grinding and mercury amalgamation. It is widely used for rock gold, placer gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc and other metallic minerals. Compared with traditional ball mills, this wet pan mill has lower investment, lower power consumption, simple structure and extremely high gold recovery rate.
This model 1400 wet pan mill is upgraded with thickened manganese steel roller and pan, heavy-duty welded frame, stable reducer and pure copper motor. It is the ideal grinding equipment for small and medium mining enterprises, especially popular in Africa, South America, Central Asia and Middle East mining areas.
The motor drives the reducer to rotate the two heavy grinding rollers. Raw gold ore is evenly fed into the center of the grinding pan. Under the continuous squeezing, rolling and grinding of the two rollers, the hard ore is crushed into fine powder. During the grinding process, water and mercury are added into the water tank. Fine gold particles are captured by mercury to form gold amalgam. The mineral slurry overflows automatically, and the gold amalgam is manually collected regularly for further gold refining.
High Gold Recovery Rate: Fine gold recovery rate can reach 85%-95%, much higher than ordinary grinding machines.
Durable Manganese Steel Material: Rollers and grinding pan adopt high manganese steel, wear-resistant and long service life up to 1.5-2 years.
